What We Do
Nine things we build, and one guide to what they cost — every one of them designed around how houses in Southern Arizona actually behave.
Our Services
Each page covers scope, process, real Tucson cost ranges and the local conditions — slab plumbing, caliche, monsoon scheduling — that move a number more than any finish selection does.
How We Work
Design, engineering, permitting, construction and finishes under a single point of responsibility. No coordinating four trades who each blame the others.
We turn down and rescope projects regularly. A beautiful kitchen in a house that needs a panel upgrade and refrigerated air is money spent in the wrong order, and we will say so.
The metro spans City of Tucson PDSD, Pima County, three towns and the separately incorporated City of South Tucson. We confirm jurisdiction before quoting, because it changes both cost and schedule.
350 sunny days, 105°F summers, monsoon wind and rain, caliche underfoot and slab-on-grade construction. Everything above is designed around those, not adapted to them afterwards.
Straight Answers
Kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, whole-home renovations, home additions, casitas and ADUs, custom new home construction, outdoor living and outdoor kitchens, exterior paint and stucco, and concrete and landscaping.
We work across the Tucson metro — City of Tucson, unincorporated Pima County, and the towns of Oro Valley, Marana and Sahuarita, plus the separately incorporated City of South Tucson.
Yes. Every project starts with a design and selections phase before pricing is finalised, which is what makes a number hold rather than drift.
For additions, casitas and custom builds we also coordinate the structural, civil and geotechnical engineering, and we prepare and submit the permit set and any HOA architectural review package.
Yes, Majestic Renovations is licensed and insured in Arizona for all the work we perform.
Generally worth knowing: Arizona requires a Registrar of Contractors licence for essentially any construction work valued over $1,000 including labour and materials. Unlicensed contractors have no lien rights and leave homeowners without access to the ROC recovery fund. Any contractor's licence can be verified at roc.az.gov.
Call (520) 548-2125 or use the contact form. We come out, walk the space, talk through what you are trying to achieve, and follow up with a written, itemised estimate.
The consultation is free and there is no obligation. We would rather tell you honestly that your budget does not reach your scope than start a project that has to stop halfway.
Yes, and sometimes we recommend it. The important thing is sequencing phases so that no phase requires undoing work completed in an earlier one.
The classic mistake is doing finishes first and systems later, which means opening walls you have already paid to close. If a budget will not cover the full scope now, we would rather plan two well-ordered phases than deliver one compromised project.

Custom-templated to your finished walls after tile. The single upgrade that most changes how a bathroom reads.
Electric in-floor heat under the tile, on its own thermostat. Impossible to retrofit later without pulling the floor up again.
A step up in cabinetry and countertop material — the two things you touch every morning for the next fifteen years.
