How we handle information you send us through this website. Effective September 8, 2026.
Effective September 8, 2026
This policy explains how Majestic Renovations (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through renovationstucson.com. We are a home remodeling contractor based in Tucson, Arizona, serving Tucson and the surrounding Southern Arizona communities.
It covers this website only. It does not cover information you give us in person, over the phone, in a signed contract, or through a third-party platform such as Google or Facebook, though we treat that information with the same care.
If you fill in the contact form on this site, we receive the information you type into it:
That is the only form on the site. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or financial account details through this website.
Like virtually every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
We use a small amount of session storage to remember two things during a single visit: whether you dismissed the promotional bar at the top of the page, and whether the promotional popup has already been shown to you. That information stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and is cleared when you close the tab.
The Meta advertising pixel described in the next section also sets its own cookies. So does Vimeo, if a project video on our homepage loads or you play it.
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To measure whether those ads actually produce enquiries, this site uses the Meta Pixel — a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc.
When you visit, the pixel tells Meta that a browser loaded a page on our site. It records events such as viewing a page, tapping a phone number, or submitting the contact form, and it sets cookies in your browser. Meta may connect this activity to a Facebook or Instagram account if you have one, which lets us see how many enquiries an ad produced and lets us show ads to people who visited but did not get in touch.
When we submit the contact form event to Meta, we send the fact that a form was completed together with the service and city selected. We do not send Meta your name, email address, phone number or the contents of your message.
Meta processes this data under its own terms. You can read Meta's privacy policy and adjust what you see using Meta's ad preferences.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's tracking-protection or private-browsing mode, or use an ad blocker — any of these will stop the pixel. On a phone you can also limit ad tracking in your device's privacy settings. None of this affects your ability to use the site or to contact us; the contact form works either way.
Beyond the Meta Pixel, this site currently runs no other analytics or advertising tools — no Google Analytics and no Google Ads tracking at the date shown at the top of this page. We expect to add Google advertising in future, and we will update this section when we do.
We do not use the pixel or any other tool to build a profile of you beyond measuring our own advertising. We do not track you across unrelated websites for our own purposes, and we do not run behavioural advertising aimed at sensitive categories.
We use what you send us to do the thing you contacted us to do, and very little else:
We may occasionally follow up on an enquiry that went quiet. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will stop.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent, trade or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We are a remodeling contractor, not a lead broker.
If you contact us through this website, your details go to us. They do not go into a shared lead network.
A small number of service providers process information on our behalf, or receive technical data simply because your browser loads part of the page from them:
We may also share your information with subcontractors, suppliers or design partners where it is necessary to quote or carry out your project — for example, giving a cabinet supplier the measurements and specification for your kitchen. We share the minimum needed to do the work.
We will disclose information if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, or to protect someone's safety.
Enquiries that do not turn into projects are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of the conversation resuming, and then deleted.
Records relating to work we actually performed are kept considerably longer. As a licensed Arizona contractor we have record-keeping, warranty and liability obligations, and contract, permit and project documentation is retained accordingly.
You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email majestic@renovationstucson.com or call (520) 548-2125 and we will deal with it.
We may need to keep some records even after a deletion request — contract, permit, warranty and tax records we are obliged to retain. We will tell you if that applies and delete the rest.
To stop hearing from us, reply to any message and say so, or call and ask. There is no marketing list to unsubscribe from; we contact people about their own enquiries and projects.
If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights under it. Contact us using the details above and we will honour a valid request.
This site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the contact form is encrypted in transit. We limit access to enquiries and project records to the people who need them.
No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as financial account details through the website form — call us instead.
This site is intended for adults arranging work on their homes. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
This site links to other websites — municipal permitting departments, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, manufacturers and similar. Once you follow a link, this policy no longer applies. We are not responsible for how other operators handle your information.
We will update this page when our practices change, and the effective date at the top will change with it. If we add analytics or further advertising tools — Google Ads tracking in particular, which we expect to add — we will say so here.
